Bullion Open Park tennis tournament with Regentville
Dear All,
Kindly take note that the much anticipated tournament with Bullion Park tennis team has been finalized. The tournament has been doubt the Bullion Open and is exclusively open to all Regentville tennis players. Please find the details for the tournament below. Kindly contact Joey, who is the tournament co-organizer and regentville representative for more details. I have added the all the information provided by Joey below. If you need a clearer explanation, kindly contact Joey directly.
Please note that this is a "Paid" tournament for the cost of the balls, trophy and food after the end of the tournament. Kindly make the necessary payment to Joey to avoid any disappointment well in advance. Once again, on behalf of all the Regentville tennis players, I would like to thank the Bullion Park organizers to extend this invitation exclusively to Regentville players.
Bullion Open Details (as provided by Joey)
What: BULLION OPEN
When: 22 Oct 05 / 29 Oct 05 (2 saturdays)
Where: Bullion Park
Time: 22 Oct 05 (starts at 2pm) & 29 Oct 05 (to be advised)
Rules/ Format:
- Group Round robin.
- Top player/s (group) will advance to next round.
Note: The number of groups, number of players in a group, and the number of players that will advance to the next round will be determined by the number of participants.
- Distribution of players will be determined by draw.
- Top players will be ranked by standing and/or by quotient system.
Round Robin:
- 1set /match
- 6 games/ set.
- Tie break at 5-5
- No deuce (sudden death)
QF/SF:
- 1 set/match
- 6 games/set
- With Deuce
- Tie-break at 6-6
Finals:
- 1 set/match
- 8 games/set
- With Deuce
- Tie-break at 8-8
EVENT/ CATEGORY
Class C Singles: Men/ Women/ In-between (classification of players will be done by danny and joey)
Open Singles: Class A, B1, B2, C, D......Z (anyone can join)
PRIZE:
Trophy for Champion and Runner-up
REGISTRATION FEE:
$20/ player (para sa bola, trophy at baka magdagdag para sa pagkain)
